Refund Policy

PAYMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

For BALLOON DECORATION:

1.   If you cancel your decoration on same day then we will give you refund your advance booking about but when your decoration is in between minimum 5 days on gap.
2.   If you cancel decoration service within 24hrs. of the time of decoration mention in order then the cancellation amount charges is 1000rs.
3.   DECORATION cancelled when the decorator has arrived to the customer’s location or about to arrive then 50% of the decoration value will not be refund.
4.   Advance taken items like Flowers, ring, table, neon light, LED alphabets etc will be non-refundable.
5.   Advance taken against special add ones like cake tables/ led lights or anything required for decoration will be non-refundable.
6.   Any cancellation from our side due to unforeseen issues and circumstances, every advance taken will be refunded within 24hrs.   

FOR FLOWER DECORATION:

1.   If you cancel your decoration on same day then we will give you refund your advance booking about but when your decoration is in between minimum 5 days on gap.
2.   If you cancel your order after24hrs then 50% of the decoration will not be refund because if we buy any item of flower decoration then it can be return.
3.   If decoration cancel at last moment or within 7 days we can’t able you return any amount because flowers can’t be return or replace so please coperate with us.
4.   If decoration cancel form our side due to any circumtances then we will surely give you refund.

PAYMENT METHODS AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

We use payment gateways like PayTM, Phonepay, Googlepay for online payments. We don’t store any type of information like your address details, card numbers, UPI details etc. We will not store any information in our database.

RETURN ITEMS AFTER THE DECORATION:

We will be taken the things back after the party gets over or within 24HRS of the decor.

• Neon Lights
• Led Alphabets
• Fairy Lights (in some packages)
• Any kind of frames and cake tables
• Cutouts

We don’t take back the balloons and foils used in the decor.
